 I am a licensed Captain certified by the United States Coast Guard and authorized to charter up to 100 miles off the continental coastline.  I have traveled extensively off the Jersey Coast and on the Delaware Bay for over thirty years.  My primary concern is to provide a safe, enjoyable and memorable trip.
